From the Factory Floor to International Project Management
TUOYUAN’s working approach is shaped by a combination of frontline quality experience and direct work with international custom-product buyers.
Adrian Chen began his career in the crafts industry in 2006 after graduating from design college. His first role was as a workshop quality inspector in a polyresin factory.
That experience shaped a practical view of quality: many problems discovered during final inspection actually begin much earlier, with unsuitable material choices, unclear specifications, unstable structures or design details that cannot be reproduced consistently in volume production.
In 2011, Adrian moved into international sales and project management. Working directly with overseas buyers expanded his understanding of what clients require from a manufacturing partner—not only product quality, but also clear communication, complete documentation, consistent production and responsible follow-through.
This combination of frontline quality experience and international project coordination continues to influence how TUOYUAN manages custom products today.

Before the Mold: Our Feasibility Approach
Since 2020, Adrian and the engineering team have become involved earlier in product development. Before mold investment, we review whether the proposed design, material and production plan can be translated into stable volume production.
The objective is not simply to reproduce a drawing. It is to preserve the original design intent while finding a practical balance between appearance, manufacturability, quality consistency, order quantity and target cost.
