TUOYUAN develops and manufactures custom keychains in China for brands, museums, tourist attractions, zoos, aquariums and promotional merchandise programs. Soft PVC is suited to flexible, color-rich character and graphic designs, while metal and zinc-alloy construction can provide defined edges, plated finishes and functional structures. Relief & Structure
Soft PVC keychains can be developed as flat 2D, multi-layer relief, single-sided or double-sided designs, and fully dimensional 3D forms. Metal keychains can use flat, recessed, raised or die-cast relief according to the artwork and selected production process.
Connection Point
Review the loop, eyelet or embedded fitting according to product weight, structure and everyday handling.
Hardware
Select the ring, chain, swivel, clasp or strap according to the required appearance, product weight and intended use.
Color & Finish

Production artwork or a dimensional model is prepared from the approved reference. A physical sample can be produced before mass production to confirm product size, relief, edge treatment, color, attachment location, hardware appearance and overall balance.
Typical sample lead time is 7–10 working days. Sample fees and any required mold or tooling costs depend on the product specifications, structure and design complexity.

Which material should I choose for my custom keychain?+

We can recommend the appropriate construction after reviewing your artwork, size and intended use.
What is the minimum order quantity for custom keychains?+
The minimum order quantity depends on the material:
- Soft PVC keychains: 300 pieces per design.
- Metal keychains: 500 pieces per design.
For projects containing multiple designs, please provide the required quantity for each design so we can evaluate the production setup and quotation.
What artwork files should I provide?+
Vector artwork such as AI, EPS or SVG is preferred. We can also review high-resolution PDF, JPG or PNG files, preferably at 300 dpi or higher.
If production-ready artwork is not available, you can also send a logo, photograph, illustration, sketch, reference image or existing product photo first. Our team will review the material and determine whether artwork preparation or 3D modeling is required.
Can you make 2D, layered and 3D soft PVC keychains?+
Yes. Soft PVC keychains can be developed as flat 2D designs, multi-layer relief, single- or double-sided designs and fully dimensional 3D forms. More complex 3D designs may use multiple molded components assembled into one finished keychain when this provides better structure or detail.
Can I order a sample before mass production?+

Yes. Functional structures such as bottle openers can be developed when the function, material, dimensions, load-bearing structure and connection points are reviewed together during product development.
How long does production take?+
Typical production time for both soft PVC and metal keychains is 15–30 working days after the required production details have been confirmed.
Complex structures, special finishes, larger quantities or customized packaging may require additional time.
