When you submit an inquiry or request a quote, we collect your contact information (name, email, company), project details, artwork files and any specifications you provide. This information is used solely to respond to your inquiry and develop your project.

Project Confidentiality

We understand that your artwork, designs and product concepts are valuable intellectual property. We are willing to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) before you share sensitive project materials. Your project files are accessed only by team members directly involved in your project and are not shared with third parties without your authorization.

Data Storage & Security

Project files and communications are stored on secure systems with access controls. We retain project records for the duration of your business relationship and for a reasonable period thereafter to support reorders and warranty claims. You may request deletion of your project data at any time, subject to legal retention requirements.

Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information or project data. We may share necessary project specifications with our manufacturing facilities and approved testing laboratories solely to fulfill your order. These partners are bound by confidentiality obligations.

Cross-Border Processing

This website is operated from China and serves buyers worldwide. Enquiry details, artwork and project files may therefore be processed in more than one country, including by the hosting, form and email service providers listed below. Where a project requires additional safeguards, these can be agreed in writing before files are exchanged.

Cookies & Analytics

The site uses WordPress.com / Jetpack statistics (Automattic) and Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager (Google) to understand aggregate traffic. These services may set cookies or similar identifiers and may process data outside your country. We do not use them to build individual buyer profiles. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; doing so does not prevent you from requesting a quotation.

Your Rights

You may ask us to confirm what project or enquiry data we hold, to correct it, or to delete it, subject to legal retention requirements and to records we must keep for an active order. Requests can be sent to info@tuoyuancrafts.com and are normally answered within 30 days.
