Project Confidentiality

We understand that your artwork, designs and product concepts are valuable intellectual property. We are willing to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) before you share sensitive project materials. Your project files are accessed only by team members directly involved in your project and are not shared with third parties without your authorization.

Data Storage & Security

Project files and communications are stored on secure systems with access controls. We retain project records for the duration of your business relationship and for a reasonable period thereafter to support reorders and warranty claims. You may request deletion of your project data at any time, subject to legal retention requirements.

Third-Party Sharing
