Artwork, dimensions and intended use are reviewed before tooling. For fitted inserts or cup-lid applications, actual measurements or a physical fit reference may be required.
A physical sample can be produced to confirm dimensions, relief, color, edge condition, back structure, fit, stability and packaging.
Typical sample lead time is 10–15 working days.
Sample fees depend on the product size, structure and design complexity. Mold or tooling costs, when required, are evaluated according to the product size, structure and design complexity.

If production-ready artwork is not available, you can also send a logo, illustration, sketch, photograph, reference image or existing product photo first.
Can you make custom shapes and sizes?+
