Very fine lines, very small text and narrow connection points may not mold reliably. These details should be reviewed against the factory production drawing before sampling.

What Can Be Customized

Special effects should always be confirmed through a physical sample – feasibility and batch consistency cannot be judged from a drawing alone.

Sampling and Approval Process

After the electronic production drawing and color numbers are confirmed, a physical sample is produced. Check the sample for color accuracy, layer structure, edge trimming, warping, magnet position, back flatness and magnetic holding strength.

Every sample round should be documented: version, modification records, golden sample and the person approving each stage.

Order File Checklist

• Product shape and outline;
• 2D or 3D layer structure;
• Front and back faces;
• Colors, including special effects such as glitter or glow-in-the-dark;
• Hardware, logos and packaging.

• Vector artwork or clear reference images; for complex 3D products, three-view or multi-angle photos;
• Finished size, color numbers, front/back definition and main viewing face;
• Material, process, accessories, logo and packaging requirements;
• Quantity tiers, target market, age grading and launch date;
• Sample version history, modification records, golden sample and approver.
